Leadership – in 1 Corinthians 13

I was looking through my rss reader when I came across this article Leading Views: You Can’t Do It Without Love and it suggested replacing the word “love” with the word “leadership”.

So I copied 1 Corinthians 13 and read through and each time I came across the word love I replaced it with the word leadership.

“Leadership is patient, leadership is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Leadership does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”

I enjoyed reading and looking at 1 Corinthians 13 from a different angle to normal, I think it brings out some important character traits of good leaders.
